The office has an electric adjustable desk, which will allow you either to sit down on the the leather office chair or standing up doing you office tasks.

A Dell Notebook computer with a 17" screen and English keyboard is available for your use which is connected to the wireless fast ADSL Internet. The computer has the following software applications installed, viz:

A Dell color copier/scanner/printer is connected to the Notebook, however, the print driver CD-Rom is available, if you need to connect your own computer to the printer via the USB 2.0 cable.

Likewise, you can connect your own computer to the Internet thru the NetGear 108 MBPS wireless 4 port router either with an Ethernet cable (readily available in the office) or wirelessly (Model WGT624 with 2.4 GHz and 802.11g).

A VOIP telephone is available with free-of charge calls to the U.S. including AK, HI, PR, USVI and calls to cellular phones, and to landlines only in Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Luxembourg, Vatican City, Norway, Portugal, and Spain.

Office supplies like paper in formats A4 and or 8.5 x 11", clips, ring binders, CD-Roms, DVDs etc. are also available, so you easily can put together and deliver a professional business presentation.

The 32" Dell flat screen TV in the sitting room also can be connected to the Notebook computer via a S-Video cable for on-site presentation in the 8 seats "conference room".
